So far it is not good
Waiting too long for Christmas book that is being replaced from a very damaged original one sent
Best customer service I have ever received and I am really impressed as it takes hours and days usually to resolve or change things with most companies.
I did not understand why the gift subscription had been suspended. When the renewal came due, I submitted a change of address and the gift was never rec'd. It was suspended. I was told not to worry and that the gift would be honored at no additional cost to me. So...that was GOOD!!!
