Two emails sent over a week ago and no reply. No one answers the phone.

Ask for a call back message. I won't hold my breath.

Sent check in May to renew subscription. Check was cashed and never received magazine. Tried to contact but could not reach anyone.

Paid for Southern Living and did not receive it. I've let them know numerous times with no success. This is at least the third time I'm trying to resolve this issue.

Received an unsolicited cookbook of desserts, one I would never order or use. Opened because I didn't know what it was.

When taken to USPO 30 miles away, I was charged $14.85 postage because I had opened the box and letter outside, when I had no idea what it was. It could have been a gift. Lesson learned. The postmaster said if not opened, it can be refused and also said how they get you; most people just buy it.

I consider this a scam and very bad business. You owe me $14.85 and an apology. I will not renew my subscription. I will share your shoddy business practice.

Never send me anything again. Caps for emphasis.

I am more than a little peeved that in order to get access to all of your recipes, that on top of subscription cost, an additional cost is required for this. I have subscribed to your mag for years and it's always my go to for recipes and tips.

My only other complaint is that sometimes recipes in the mag are a little out there. Not something I would consider making.

I sent a check for $17 for 2 years of Southern Living at the end of April. I hadnt received any magazine yet.

Woman said I had a complementary issue sent but I hadnt received it yet. Then she said it would start coming in September and it would end September 28. Later I realized it should be 29. It was a 2 year deal.

Later that day I did get the complimentary copy but it came with an offer to enroll for the magazine.

I want my 2 years I paid for. Im not happy!

I feel the problem was handled in a very p\rofessional manner. She did not need to contact anyone for what she was to do or for permission to do anything.

I paid for 2 years subscription to Southern Living magazine and NEVER received said item Contacing this company is IMPOSSIBLE. I paid by check...so getting a refund is also IMPOSSIBLE. This is a rip off...BUYER BEWARE

Hello, We received a letter in the US mail offering a book for $37.96. The letter is from Books Fulfillment Center P.O.

37377, ***, *** ***. Southern Living is shown on the letter that is enclosed with the same address.

The only way to decline the offer is to return their letter. No web site, No email address anywhere in the letter. If I do nothing, I will receive a book and a bill!

This is wrong!

This is all operating under the Southern Living name and logo.

This is a very bad business practice. It must stop.
