Double Issues issue

I have been receiving SL since I was 19 and will subscribe until I can no longer read. I cook almost entirely from their recipes, travel with SLs recommendations, garden with ideas from Grumpy and gardening articles and enjoy articles about renovations. However, it seems I am receiving more and more double issues and fewer monthly issues. Also, my subscription, in the past, guaranteed I would receive my issue before they were available in local stores. Not true anymore. Whats going on?

Preferred solution: Return to previous magazine each month and mailed to subscribers early.

I am receiving 4-6 e-mails from SL, e- mails that I did not request. Overwhelming! I'm sure that SL is an amazing magazine, and that it's e-mails are informative, but seemingly unsolicited, they are unwelcome. I have not subscribed to SL, nor requested e-mails. Thank you

Southern Living Magazine - Subscription not received

Called Southern Living Customer Service to let them know that my 98 year old mom had sent a check for the subscription and she had not received the magazine. Customer service was fine in handling the problem but what bothered me more was receiving a email message with a verification code from pissed consumer.

It was so offensive that reporting an issue would qualify me as a pissed consumer.

You may have some customers that are mad about an issue but in no way should a customer be labeled as a pissed consumer. I am sure the editor-in-chief would not want to hear this is how his customers are referred to.

Return SL Annual Recipes 2023

I am an 81 old on a fixed income with bad hips, knee and broken ankle. I ordered this book thinking it was a magazine subscription. I really am unable to do much cooking. If you can send me a return label I would be more than happy to return this book and you can keep my $10.00 and use it towards a magazine subscription. I am hoping you will consider this suggestion. Invoice problems.

Need separate invoice for my personal subscription and the two gift subscriptions. They expire at separate times and need to be invoiced at separate times . I was told that couldnt be done. I will just let the subscriptions expire.

I totally understand why this is called pissedconsumer.com. You have to wait forever on hold and then when they finally do answer, they are not polite at all. Don't they understand that if they didn't have customers, they wouldn't have a job. Terrible customer service. I will not renew my subscription again once it expires.

This is going to be my fourth call to southern living. I was assured I wouldn't receive any more magazines; that ,first of all, I never subscribed to. I am highly upset at this point. YOU need to stop sending me magazines !
